The Practice

MOONBODY's Mahavidya Yoga classes are distinctly feminine, anchoring the energy of each Goddess into a practice of Nada (sound), Asana (posture), Mudra (gesture), Pranayama (breath) and Nidra (rest).


These classes bring together classical pillars of hatha yoga with sensual breath work, menstrual cycle awareness and other tantric practices.

They are intended to awaken energy, soothe the nervous system and connect practitioners to the deep feminine wisdom within them.

Each day we work with one of the Mahavidyas – the Tantric Great Wisdom Goddesses – and ask them to offer their supportive guidance to our practice.

The Goddesses

The ten Mahavidyas are central to worship in the Shakta Tantra Tradition. Maha means "great wisdom". Each goddess represents her own distinct aspect of consciousness.


The ten goddesses are: Kali, Tara, Tripura Sundari, Bhuvaneshvari, Bhairvai, Chinnamasta, Dhumavati, Bagalamuki, Matangi and Kamalatmika.

How it works

1. Download Zoom on the device you'll be streaming the class on.

2. Click the PayPal button below, choose from a 10-day pass (100 CHF), 5-day pass (60 CHF) or a single class (15 CHF), enter the amount in the box that says '0.00' and click 'Checkout with PayPal'.

3. Make sure the email address you give is the right one. (If it's different than the address connected to PayPal, please email it to me.)

4. You'll receive a link to the Zoom meeting before class begins to your email address.

5. Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.

6. Please mute your sound until class is over.

7. Weekly passes can be used for any 5 classes in a two-week period.

8. If you have any injuries, are pregnant or menstruating, please drop me an email here to let me know.

9. If you sign up to a class and are not attending the live but would like to receive the replay, please let me know here.
