My unique body of work, formed over a decade of teaching, revolves around the reclamation of earth and body-based ancestral feminine wisdom. I call the work I do through Moon Body the feminine spiritual path. At its core it is a process of remembering that our bodies are sacred, our wombs are powerful and our cycles are infinitely intelligent. Restoring this gnosis within enacts a process of self-actualisation through which the abundant, creative, ecstatic lives we crave become our reality.
